Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients to drive bulk sales and long-term partnerships.
∎ Identify business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and customize solutions to meet client needs.
∎ Prepare and present sales proposals, performance reports, and business reviews to key stakeholders.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored corporate solutions and ensure excellent customer service.
∎ Oversee and improve e-commerce platforms by keeping product listings, prices, and promotions updated.
∎ Work with marketing teams to boost online sales through SEO, SEM, and social media.
∎ Track e-commerce performance and suggest improvements based on key metrics.
∎ Manage order processing, inventory, and customer service for online sales.
∎ Find and integrate new e-commerce marketplaces to grow digital reach.
∎ The Assistant Manager, Corporate Sales & E-Commerce will play a key role in driving revenue growth through corporate partnerships and e-commerce channels. This position will focus on strengthening the company’s online presence, managing digital sales platforms, and building long-term relationships with corporate clients to achieve business objectives.
