Job Context:
∎ We are looking for ambitious Experienced, hard- working, self -motivate, career oriented Team Leader.
∎ Job Location: Dhaka (Bashundhara Road)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the Team and work for Business Development.
∎ Guide the team to Process university applications, admission, and scholarship and Visa application.
∎ Communicate directly with foreign institutions regarding application, admission and scholarship.
∎ To consult with the students and guardians about admission procedure of foreign universities & countries.
∎ Build a strong relationship with the students & guardians over the phone and face to face.
∎ Create new business ideas and marketing plans to develop business.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Minimum 2-4 Years' experience in the same industries is MUST
∎ Must have English writing and communication skills
∎ Must have basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel & Email Communication)
∎ Experienced with the same industry is MUST.
∎ Positive attitude to work under pressure.
∎ Should be hard working, target Oriented and Self Motivated.
∎ Excellent Interpersonal Communication skills and team management.
