We are a global manufacturer of garment accessories (Zippers and Metal Trims) seeking experienced and results-driven professionals for the positions of Team Leader & Divisional Manager – Business Development, Sales & Marketing to join our dynamic team.
The role is responsible for driving business growth and sales expansion through data-driven market analysis, accurate forecasting, and strategic customer engagement. The incumbent will play a key role in developing new business opportunities, strengthening existing client relationships, and ensuring sustainable revenue growth in the competitive apparel accessories market.
This position requires strong leadership to guide and optimize the performance of the sales and business development teams, enhance team capability, and ensure effective collaboration with cross-functional departments for smooth and efficient business operations.
We are looking for proactive, target-oriented professionals with strong experience in building and maintaining relationships with apparel buyers and manufacturing units, along with a proven ability to deliver consistent business expansion and strategic market growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a portfolio of B2B clients
Develop and expand business with international brands
Achieve sales revenue and profitability targets for Zipper & Metal Trims
Identify and onboard new customers while strengthening existing relationships
Drive product-wise sales growth, especially in economic zipper and trims segments
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team, ensuring they are equipped to deliver excellent service and ensure growth
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention by providing excellent service and support
Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and market conditions to adapt sales strategies
Liaise with cross-functional internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and the overall customer experience is positive.
Conduct regular customer visits and maintain strong client engagement
Improve market share and competitive positioning through strategic initiatives
Ensure alignment between sales forecast and order execution
Explore opportunities in new market segments
