The prime responsibility of Team Leader is to lead a team to ensure the business as per budget on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly & yearly basis. Other responsibilities are to monitor, guide, coach, train & motivate the direct sales executives (DSE).

• Evaluate & ensure team performance to achieve set target through daily activity management.

• Build a strong team work among the team members through team engagement.

• Ensure team discipline, Turn Around Time (TAT) and accuracy of the account opening files (AOF) with proper due diligence.

• Ensure that all documents and information are correctly stated or submitted on /with AOFs by call back confirmation.

• Meticulously check the signs of customers & sourcing employees on the filled AOF

• Ensure sales & marketing skill development of team members through necessary training & activities.

• Ensure proactive & productive services to the customers without any negligence.

• Ensure that the DSEs are maintaining office decorum, following daily activity for the members and attaining/ responding the customers in proper & timely manner.

• Ensuring that all individual members are collecting adequate customer data, making necessary appointments & attain scheduled customer calls.

• Ensure that team members are on job in day time through surprise spot visit.

• Ensure that the team reports are furnished timely & check on team members activity report randomly.

• Ensure that all necessary business information, bank policies, management guidance & instructions are conveyed to team members immediately & repeatedly without any negligence.
