Educational Requirements:
∎ Master’s degree in Business/Management/English.
∎ Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering will be given preference.
∎ Certification/ field experience in Project Management will be an asset.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 12 to 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain liaison with different government agencies & donor organizations (NGOs) through effective communication.
∎ Encourage young unemployed HSC/graduates to start up own businesses through motivational speech and explaining the project motto - "Say No to jobs,Do business".
∎ Attend job fairs, university cultural & academic programs to socialize with graduates seeking business opportunities.
∎ Convert corporate customers to leads / entrepreneurs.
∎ Formulate & implement yearly project management plan, budgeting, and implementing/reviewing policies.
∎ Prepare different reports as per the requirement of donor agencies & present in front of management.
∎ Supervise the under-command field staff in achieving the projected target.
∎ Take effective measures to control loan defaulter & bad debt.
∎ Cross-check the information received from field using the MIS, and analyze it to assist in major decision-making processes.
∎ Perform any other work as & when required by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Working experience in credit management/ donor fund management with multiple branch office operations is a must.
∎ Preference will be given to the candidates experienced in handling SME/Microcredit/Project Management/NGO.
∎ Willingness to work under pressure and inclination to travel whenever required.
