Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing the operations related back office functions
∎ Overseeing the Branch control mechanism in line with bank's operation manual
∎ Submission various statement and report both internal and external relating to operations of the bank
∎ Issuance of instruction circulars relating to general banking & operations
∎ Customer Service and Complaint Management
∎ Overseeing operational issues of the branches including system generated report checking
∎ Cash and payment system related issues in line with Bangladesh Bank's guidelines including insurance coverage of Cash-in vault, transit and counter
∎ Support and solution for core banking system relating to General banking issues
∎ Correspondences with the branches regarding operational issues
∎ Compliance of regulatory issues and branches internal audit report relating to operations
∎ Account opening issues including disposal instructions
∎ Schedule of charges and waiver instructions
∎ Coordination among the divisions /departments of HO to ensure timely completion of some common issues
