Responsibilities & Context:
Lead and supervise the entire Telesales & sales team (ASM, SR) across all regions.
Ensure achievement of both primary and secondary sales targets.
Develop and implement monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans.
Evaluate team performance and provide necessary training and motivation.
Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities and campaigns.
Prepare and submit regular reports, sales analyses, and market-related information to management.
Ensure revenue growth and further strengthen the brand’s position in the market.
