Job Context:
∎ Duration of contract: Initially up to December 30, 2020
∎ Based at the Country Office in Dhaka

Job Responsibilities:
∎ As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for the project's overall strategic direction, technical inputs and results by managing programme and financial resources.
∎ You will lead the planning and implementation process by identifying key areas of policy, advocacy and lobby related to specific forms of GBV (child marriage, sexual harassment) and economic exclusion (entry barriers, gender stereotyping) in the rapidly changing national political environment, where civil society space is shifting and shrinking.
∎ The Team Lead, supported by Co-Leads, will provide technical leadership for the CSO capacity building initiatives of the APT.
∎ Also you will lead the GAA national level advocacy related to GBV and economic exclusion by drawing upon the combined work of the partner CSOs and the APT.
∎ You are required to maintain coordination with Terre des Homme Netherlands, technical advisors in Plan Netherlands, the Netherlands Embassy and other alliance and network members to achieve the project objectives.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum five years of experience in a similar role including managing projects preferably related to advocacy with any international development organization.
