∎ We are looking for a Lead React Web Developer (React.js) who has strong leadership, team management, problem solving and multitasking skill. Close relationship with operational/production teams to ensure on time delivery of products & optimal utilization of equipment & manpower.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Building scalable applications both client-side and server-side for their enterprise-level clients using JavaScript and React
∎ Taking a lead on projects and having an influence over architectural decision-making with a focus on performance optimisation and having best practice engineering in mind
∎ Mentoring the developers within the team to boost overall performance
∎ Focusing on enhancements and performance optimisation of multiple enterprise-level projects by writing well-designed and efficient code and having a hands on approach where needed
∎ Taking a lead role in shaping technical direction and technical discussion in order to allow for continuous improvement
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ 5+ Years' Hands on experience with ReactJS is required (Experience in React Native is a plus)
∎ Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
∎ Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles
∎ Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
∎ Familiarity with newer specifications of EcmaScript
∎ Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js)
∎ Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus
∎ Familiarity with RESTful APIs
∎ Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
∎ Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
∎ Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
∎ Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
∎ A knack for benchmarking and optimization
∎ Familiarity with code versioning tools, such as Git, SVN, and Mercurial
∎ Prior experience with machine learning (Tensorflow) is a plus
∎ Experience with A/B testing solutions like Google Optimize, Optimizely or VWO is a plus.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 100000 - 200000 (Monthly)
∎ Negotiable based on experience.
