Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Science or Math studies
∎ B.Ed. with a Science background preferred.

∎ There is a vacancy for the following position based at LAMB English Medium School
∎ in Parbatipur. The school serves about 130 pupils, including many staff children.
∎ Job Summary: Through quality teaching to work toward the goal of learning that supports each child in reaching his or her full potential, physically, mentally, spiritually and academically. To carry out creative teaching for students and live an active Christian lifestyle. To communicate regularly in English.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow lesson plans
∎ Prepare materials for classes
∎ Set targets for the class
∎ Use a variety of teaching activities that encourages manipulating objects and answering questions
∎ Communicate with students' parents or guardians
∎ Record information about students regularly
∎ Provide information for student reports and meetings
∎ Record attendance and absence of students
∎ Supervise students during break times as scheduled
∎ Maintain and upgrade personal teaching skills
∎ Maintain continuous learning attitude (academic and behavioral)
∎ As class teacher to work on internal relationships and behaviors in a class
∎ Organizing classrooms
∎ Organizing subject materials for PE, Library, Arts and Sciences.
∎ Planning for and teaching children with special educational needs (SEN)
∎ Organizing special events and functions
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Teaching skills (having the ability to care for and communicate with young children by thinking about the different ways they learn), strong interpersonal skills, willingness to work with children with special needs and accept input while learning new skills. Fluency in English speaking, reading and writing are a must. Ability to type in English preferred.
∎ Candidates who will relocate to LAMB will be preferred. Part or full time contracts may be possible for online teaching positions.
∎ *Please express your preferred subject interest clearly and list previous teaching experience. (We require staff to teach English, Science and/or Maths to children aged 8-14 years.)
Salary:
∎ Tk. 13000 - 17000 (Monthly)
∎ Benefits include medical care at LAMB.
