• Age 25 to 50 years

• Prepare and deliver well-structured lessons according to the academic curriculum and school policy.
• Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, and classroom activities to meet learning objectives.
• Maintain a positive, engaging, and disciplined classroom environment.
• Assess students’ progress through class tests, assignments, and examinations.
• Provide feedback and guidance to support students’ academic and personal development.
• Maintain accurate records of students’ attendance, performance, and behavior.
• Encourage creativity, critical thinking, and moral values among students.
• Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding students’ progress and behavior.
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events.
• Collaborate with colleagues to plan and improve teaching practices.
• Ensure classroom cleanliness, safety, and adherence to school rules.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the school authority or principal.
