• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): School

• Age 35 to 55 years
• Only Male

At least 5 years experience of administering Madrasa or Islamic school.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure high-quality teaching and learning across all grades.

• Supervise curriculum implementation and necessary academic improvements.

• Monitor lesson plans, classroom instruction, and student performance.

• Guide teachers in adopting effective teaching strategies.

• Oversee daily school operations, including discipline, safety, and logistics.

• Ensure compliance with school policies, government regulations, and accreditation standards.

• Prepare and manage the school calendar, timetables, and duty rosters.

• Monitor maintenance of school infrastructure and learning resources.

• Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate teachers and staff.

• Conduct regular staff meetings and professional development sessions.

• Promote a positive, collaborative working environment.

• Ensure the physical, emotional, and academic well-being of students.

• Maintain a disciplined, safe, and inclusive environment.

• Oversee co-curricular and extracurricular programs for holistic development.

• Maintain strong communication with parents through meetings, notices, and consultations.

• Address parental concerns and involve them in school improvement initiatives.

• Build relationships with external stakeholders and community partners.

• Develop and execute long-term plans to improve academic standards and school reputation.

• Lead initiatives for school expansion, innovation, and quality enhancement.

• Monitor school performance data and implement improvement strategies.

• Assist in budget planning and ensure effective use of school funds.

• Oversee procurement, resource allocation, and financial accountability.

• Ensure transparency and adherence to financial guidelines.

• Develop, update, and enforce school policies and codes of conduct.

• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and child-protection policies.

• Maintain proper documentation and reporting as required by authorities.
