∎ There is a vacancy for the following contractual position for TB Project:
∎ Job Summary: Responsible for planning, implementation, supervision, monitoring, recording and reporting of TB Control Program. Main part of implementing the TB program in District and Upazila level through Government (CS Office & UHC) and support NTP in sustaining and enhancing DOTS to reach all TB patient and collaboration with program with Program support coordinator (PSC), Junior Social mobilizer (JSM), Shastho Sebika (SS) Village doctors (VDs), CHWs, Cured TB patient, Community leaders & other NGOs.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify TB presumptive, Organize sample collection centre and ensure transportation.
∎ Ensure DOT of diagnosed TB patient.
∎ Ensure HIV testing among TB patient and high risk population maintaining confidentiality.
∎ Identify close contact of TB patient, referral and ensure TPT among eligible.
∎ Regular follow up of CV, SS and CHW.
∎ Conduct refresher training and distribute drugs for TB patient.
∎ Maintain regular coordination with government and related stakeholders.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issue of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safe guarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow up safe guarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
∎ Keep record and reporting according to programmatic format and register.
∎ Prepare monthly work plan and implementing programmatic interventions accordingly.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should have 1 years’ experience in related field.
∎ Ability to navigate/operate computer MS word and excel.
∎ Good oral and written communication skill required.
∎ Assist in different kinds of monitoring visit and ensure proper recording and reporting.
∎ Able to drive motorcycle with full valid motorcycle driving license.
Salary: Tk. 24400 (Monthly)
