Job Responsibilities:
∎ The job role of a Tailor Master includes the following duties:
∎ Agreeing a style and fabric with the customer
∎ Working out how long it will take and the cost of producing the garment
∎ Producing a pattern, either by hand or using computer aided design
∎ Sewing garments if needed for any difficult positions.
∎ Fitting the garment and marking any alterations.
∎ Creating a design (either by adapting an existing pattern or developing a new design)
∎ Conducting market research to identify new trends, fabrics, and techniques, and seeking design inspiration.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Basic Communication Skill
∎ Highly Skilled on Gents tailoring (All items)
∎ Minimum 5 years job experience in any brand tailoring shop.
∎ Good communication skills & Management ability
∎ Ability to meet multiple deadlines.
∎ Availability to travel for research and product development.
∎ Ability to do sketches by hand.
∎ Excellent design and conceptual skills.
∎ Excellent sense of style and color
Salary: Negotiable
