Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Computer Science or B.Sc in CSE/IT will be preferred

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receiving client complaints over phone.
∎ Troubleshooting client link and network problems.
∎ Coordinating with field team and other technical teams to give solution to clients.
∎ Client link monitoring.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age below 32 year(s)
∎ Must have excellent communication skill.
∎ Willing to work in roster duty. Ready to work in morning, evening and holiday shifts.
∎ Working experience in ISP Company 01 to 03 years preferred.
∎ Applicant residing at Tongi / Gazipur will be given preference.
∎ Preferred working experience in Linux environment.
∎ Sound knowledge in TCP/IP, OSI Model, Cisco router and Catalyst, Mikrotik, etc.
∎ Candidates who have frequent jobs switching tendency are requested not to apply.
