• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering

• Candidates with vendor certificates - CCNA, RHCSA, RHCE, MCSA, MCSE etc. will get extra preferences.

• Cloud Service Management: New customer onboarding on Microsoft 365 and Google workspace, troubleshooting customer email incoming and outgoing issues on M365 and Google workspace, Service Migration from Opensource platform to cloud SAAS services (M365, Google Workspace), M365\Google Workspace Hybrid solution deployment with various platforms, overall day-to-day operational taks on Google Workspace and M365.
• Server Infrastructure Management: DNS server management & troubleshooting, SMTP server configuration, maintenance and troubleshoot, Implementing NMS solutions like - Nagios, Cacti, Observium, etc. Basic understanding on opensource Linux OS regular operational tasks- Filesystem, User/Group, Permission/ownership, ACL, Service Installation and configuration, Firewall-Iptables deployment etc.
• Virtualization: Hands-on experiences with atleast one-two virtualization platforms like- Proxmox, Vmware, Hyper-V, KVM etc.
• Networking Basic: Basic understanding on computer networking like - LAN/WAN, IP, Subnetting, NAT, DHCP, DNS, Routing Concept, VLAN etc.
