Job Description: We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Full time Surveyor to support our real estate projects. The candidate will conduct land and property surveys, prepare reports, and assist our team on a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct land and site surveys to determine boundaries, levels, and topography.
• Set out construction works by making reference points, gridlines and alignments.
• Operate surveying instruments( Total station ,GPS, Auto level, Theodolite etc.) accurately.
• Collect and analyze site data for design planning and execution purposes.
• Prepare survey maps , Drawing and reports for projects documentation.
• Monitor site levels settlements and structural alignment during construction.
• Maintain control points and benchmarks throughout the project duration.
• Conduct surveys of land and properties using modern surveying tools.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects and contractors to provide technical survey support.
• Ensure compliance with safety standers and legal requirements during survey operations.
• Prepare accurate layouts, maps and reports for residential and commercial projects.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project managers as needed.
• Ensure compliance with legal and zoning regulations.
