Job Context:
∎ CONTRACT HOLDER : Max Foundation Bangladesh Office
∎ REPORT TO : Regional Manager (MaxNutriWASH Program)
∎ JOB LOCATION : Patuakhali District
∎ Contract:
∎ Fulltime; up to December 2021 subject to availability of fund.
∎ Six (06) months` probation starting from the joining date.
∎ Reporting to: Regional Manager, Max NutriWASH Program
∎ Job Location: Based in Regional Offices at Patuakhali.
∎ Additional Terms of Reference (TOR) for Appointment of Support Staff:
∎ All policy matters should be approved by the Country Director and the Max Foundation Board (as and when requires) prior to the implementation by Support Staff. The Support Staff cannot engage him/herself in any agreement with donors, government, institution, consultancies etc. without getting prior written approval from the Max Foundation Board.
∎ At the time of joining you must submit the following documents:
∎ Two copies of your recent photographs (Passport size) and graduation certificates
∎ Certificate of physical fitness from a registered physician
∎ Release certificate from your present employer
∎ Photocopy of your Passport (if any)
∎ A Guarantor Certificate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must obtain clear understanding about Max Foundation and its Patuakhali Regional Office.
∎ Open office during office days in time and lock after closing windows, doors etc. for proper security purpose.
∎ Open doors with the permission of the concerned supervisor when an office guest comes to meet to any of Max Foundation Bangladesh staffs, show him/her due respect, provide sitting place for waiting and offer him/her tea/drinking water etc.
∎ Perform day to day cleaning tasks e.g. clean office rooms/floors, kitchen, windows, veranda along grills, furniture, and fixtures before office time.
∎ Pick up and deliver the mail by keeping official memo.
∎ Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence.
∎ Coordinate the repair and maintenance of office equipment.
∎ Wash and ensure drying and ironing of office cloths/towels during weekend and set those in the right places.
∎ Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies.
∎ Assist in getting necessary preparation before a meeting and keep always alert to provide necessary supports in arranging foods, tea/waters etc and related logistics.
∎ Be caring about the functioning of electric lights, fan, AC, water supply lines, gas lines, taps, basins and other things related to housekeeping.
∎ Assist the WASH and Health behaviour change Specialist and Admin, Accounts, Internal Audit and Finance Officer as requested.
∎ Always be conscious about the security aspects of the Max Foundation Patuakhali Regional Office and its assets.
∎ Must perform other necessary office works beyond of this job description, if there are needs and the Max Bangladesh staffs, or authority asks to do.
∎ If you are allowed for night stay in office, you must strictly follow the rules provided for staying night in office with all responsibility of goods and security.

∎ The applicant should be self-driven, attentive to detail, able to work with little supervision, reliable, and flexible.
∎ Must have 2(two) or more years of job experience in similar role.
Salary: Negotiable

∎ Benefits: Two (02) Festival Bonuses equivalent one-month gross salary.
