• At least 1-2 years in ERP support or a similar role.

• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze issues and recommend solutions.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical users.

• Strong customer service orientation with a patient and approachable attitude.

• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Willingness to travel for on-site support when required.

We are a leading software development company seeking a proactive and customer-focused ERP Support & Maintenance Engineer to provide first-level support for our ERP system, both online and onsite. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot issues, provide timely solutions, and ensure smooth operation of the ERP system. This role requires minimal technical expertise, focusing on no-code support and maintenance while escalating more complex issues to the technical team when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

• First-Level Support: Serve as the first point of contact for ERP-related issues and requests, addressing them promptly via online platforms or onsite visits.

• Issue Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve basic ERP issues, including data inconsistencies, user errors, and minor configuration adjustments.

• User Assistance: Guide end-users in the use of ERP system functionalities and provide training on basic operations and features.

• System Maintenance: Perform routine system checks, monitor performance, and ensure data integrity and security within the ERP environment.

• Escalation: Identify issues that require advanced technical intervention and escalate them to the appropriate team while ensuring proper documentation.

• Documentation: Maintain records of issues, solutions, and system changes, ensuring clear and accessible documentation for future reference.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the technical and functional teams to address recurring issues and implement long-term solutions.

• Updates and Enhancements: Assist in the deployment of system updates, patches, and enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption to end-users.

• User Feedback: Gather and relay user feedback to the development team to enhance system functionality and user experience.

• Onsite Support: Provide hands-on support during ERP system implementations, upgrades, and migrations, ensuring smooth transitions.
