Responsibilities & Context:
Job Responsibilities:
• Manage domain registration, renewal, and DNS settings
• Manage web hosting, cPanel, emails, backups, and renewals
• Monitor hosting expiry and ensure timely client renewals
• Provide technical support for website-related issues
• Basic graphics design (banner, post, flyer, simple design)
• Coordinate with development and marketing team
• Maintain client records related to domain & hosting
Job Requirements:
• Experience in domain & hosting management (cPanel, WHM preferred)
• Knowledge of DNS, email setup, SSL, and hosting migration
• Basic skills in graphics design (Photoshop / Canva / Illustrator)
• Ability to work independently and responsibly
• Good communication skills
• Minimum 1 year experience preferred
