Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1.      Resolving escalated customer complaints via phone call or remote access without the need for team lead intervention.
∎ 2.      Taking ownership of technical issues and working with the core network team to resolve more advanced issues when necessary.
∎ 3.      Documenting troubleshooting and problem-resolution steps.
∎ 4.      Ensuring uninterrupted service delivery.
∎ 5.      Ensuring SLA timeline.
∎ 6.      Monitoring of network.
∎ 7.      Roster based duty
