Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets and business growth across key offerings including Cloud Services, Hybrid e-mail Solutions, Firewall & Network Security, IT Managed Services, Branch Connectivity, Bulk SMS, and Software Solutions
Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team to ensure high performance and target achievement across all product lines
Identify new business opportunities, enterprise clients, and strategic partnerships in the IT and technology sector
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, corporate customers, and decision-makers
Oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure for IT solutions and services
Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to management
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands in Cloud, Cybersecurity, and Managed Services sectors
Collaborate with technical, product, and marketing teams to align sales strategies with business objectives
Drive B2B and enterprise sales initiatives, including solution selling and key account management
Ensure effective use of CRM systems and maintain accurate sales pipeline and reporting
Develop customized proposals, pricing strategies, and negotiate contracts with clients
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the company
Train and develop the sales team on IT products, solution selling, and client engagement strategies
Represent the company in banks, financial institutes, insurance companies corporate meetings, industry events, and client presentations
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and strong after-sales support
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
MBA (Major in Marketing) will be given preference
Experience Requirements:
8–12 years of experience in Sales & Marketing
Minimum 3–5 years in a leadership/managerial role
Strong experience in Sales for Server/Data Center/IT Solutions/Software/Bulk SMS/Technology solutions sales (Cloud Servers and Solutions, Network, Security, or Software)
Additional Requirements:
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of achieving sales targets in IT solutions/services
Strong understanding of Cloud, Microsoft solutions, cybersecurity, and enterprise IT services
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office applications
Strong analytical and strategic thinking ability
