Responsibilities & Context:

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team in identifying potential clients and business opportunities

• Support in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales materials

• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs

• Help maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems

• Participate in client meetings, follow-ups, and communication under supervision

• Assist in executing marketing campaigns (digital and offline)

• Manage social media platforms and contribute to content creation

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales activities

• Prepare reports on sales performance, leads, and campaign results

• Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing department as needed
