Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a Support Engineer who will help maintain electronic, mobile, computer and networking infrastructure and will aid customer support executives to provide effective support to customers.
∎
∎ The incumbent will have deep experience with the following:
∎
∎ Computer hardware and software installation, repair and maintenance
∎ Networking
∎ Mobile and electronic devices
∎ Windows, Linux, MacOS, Android and iOS operating systems
∎ Online cloud hosting, DNS and domain name systems
∎ Web servers and services
∎ Apache and postfix configurations
∎ Network and operating system security
∎ DOS and Linux commands, batch, shell and bash script
∎ PHP (nice to have)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To provide support in software, hardware, networking and device in-house.
∎ To support customers in installation and maintenance issues.
