• Only Male

• Strong knowledge of MikroTik, PPPOE, LAN/WAN, and IP subnetting.
• Familiar with fiber optics, wireless connectivity, and network monitoring tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work in shifts and perform under pressure.

• Provide first-line technical support to customers via phone, email, and remote tools.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot network connectivity, routing, and hardware configuration issues.

• Coordinate with the NOC and field teams to ensure 24/7 network uptime and service reliability.

• Perform link monitoring, bandwidth management, and performance optimization.

• Assist in router configuration, IP assignment, and MikroTik/UBNT device setup.

• Maintain accurate ticket logs and ensure timely resolution in line with SLA targets.

• Support new service activations, plan migrations, and connection testing.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement network upgrades and resolve escalations.

• Educate customers on basic troubleshooting and network best practices.
