Responsibilities & Context:
Core Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain ISP transmission networks (Fiber & Microwave)
Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for major network outages and ensure quick restoration
Provide on-site physical support to retail/corporate clients, including:
Installation
Configuration
Troubleshooting
Maintain clear and professional communication with clients regarding issues, updates, and resolutions
Ensure high standards of professionalism, discipline, and accountability in all operations
Monitor and maintain Service Level Agreements (SLA) to ensure network uptime and performance
