Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): ELK, Grafana, KQL, Linux, Log parsing, Shell Scripting, SQL
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service, Telecommunication

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Roster duty of monitoring and customer care.
∎ Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
∎ Monitor and analyze system logs and server & storage health check logs daily to ensure uptime by efficiently contributing to resolving the issues.
∎ Handle and resolve the customer's inquiries, issue tickets in the CRM system, and close tickets after resolving the issue.
∎ Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions.
∎ Escalate issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
∎ Document and track customer interactions and issues.
∎ Continuously improve technical knowledge and skills.
∎ Professionally communicate with vendors and ISP for any troubleshooting.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Familiarity with Grafana, ELK, Nginx, and Linux.
∎ Batch and Bash commands and Shell scripting.
∎ Experience in SQL and KQL.
∎ Parsing Log using Excel, any programming or scripting language.
∎ Understanding of Basic Networking.
