Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provides onsite help desk support and the 1st level of Technical Support to the Client Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues
∎ Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers Provide support for ongoing production application availability
∎ Inform client functionality requests or software change requests to development team
∎ Participate in code reviews and automated build script testing
∎ Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. software developers)
∎ Ensure all issues are properly logged
∎ Documentation of processes and operational procedure

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Basic scripting, programming, and coding
∎ Any experience with programming languages would be highly advantageous - C#, .NET, Java/JavaScript etc.
∎ Experience in writing SQL queries
∎ Strong Problem Solving skills
∎ Good communication skills, pro-active, self-motivated and positive attitude
∎ A sense of Good Customer Service

Salary: Negotiable
