Responsibilities & Context:
Monitor and troubleshoot network-related issues (LAN/WAN, Mikrotik, OLT/ONU, etc.)
Provide technical support to customers and ensure timely resolution
Maintain and update network documentation and reports
Escalate critical incidents to senior engineers or team leads
Coordinate with field teams for physical maintenance or fault handling
Ensure 24/7 network uptime through proactive monitoring and response
Maintain a log of all incidents and actions taken
