Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Engineering
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE or ECE is preferred , Diploma in computer science. can apply too

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To be confident to handle the Systems of ISP with home & corporate Customers
∎ Maintain Customer Care Call & Provide support over phone
∎ Troubleshoot problem at client side
∎ ISP client service delivery
∎ Troubleshooting & maintenance of fiber network
∎ Maintain and develop effective network monitoring system
∎ Manage the technical team
∎ Setup the local area connection, network cabling & testing
∎ Fiber team management and update database (Google Earth, MS Excel etc.)
∎ Should have experience in Linux Server including SSH, DNS, FTP,
∎ Knowledge of IP addressing, TCP/IP networking, VLAN, Firewall, VPN, NAT and Layer 3
∎ routing protocol (RIP, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP)
∎ Developing and implementing solutions to resolve customer issues.
∎ Applicant with Knowledge with Mikrotik Router & Cisco Router will get preference

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ CCNA or MTCNA certified will get preference.
∎ Able to configure and maintain CISCO/MikroTik Layer2 and Layer3 Device
∎ Expert with troubleshooting critical problems with Mail, DNS, L2 and L3 devices.
∎ Must need to familiar with FTTH technologyand devices like OLT, ONU, PLC Splitter

Salary: Negotiable
