• Age 20 to 35 years

• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): ISP Home user and corporate support., ISP NOC

• Attending customers' complaints and queries through phone calls, emails, or others.

• Different brand of Router, Switch, OLT configuration necessarily.

• Configure routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices.

• Create documentation and network maps and assist Project Engineering with network expansion.

• Providing remote and onsite technical supports to the clients inside or outside of office.

• Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network faults.

• Logging in, following up, and updating customer complaints, system faults, and other incidents in the trouble ticketing system

• Must have sound knowledge of Mikrotik router for manage and troubleshoot.

• Network performance monitoring by variety of tools.

• Including bandwidth usage, latency, and packet loss checking, responsible for identifying and resolving any network issues that may arise.

• When network problems occur, responsible for troubleshooting the problem and finding a solution.

• Always focus on client satisfaction during communication.
