∎ Provide technical solutions to customers and partners` enquiries, collaborating with the support team to find the best solution
∎ Keep track of your tasks through the support desk software, describing the time spend and solution taken
∎ Attend pre-sales conference calls where clarification of the technical scope is required
∎ Design, implement and test 3rd party system integrations
∎ Deliver bespoke extensions to meet customers` requirements
∎ Provide 2nd line technical support both externally to customers and internally to employees within the group
∎ Write technical documentation for both internal and external use
∎ Excellent English is a must! Both spoken and written
∎ Hands-on experience of developing applications using Microsoft C# and developing database solutions using Microsoft SQL Server or similar technologies
∎ Write efficient, elegant code as per requirement
∎ Debug and optimise existing codes & follow strict coding standards
∎ Previous experience in a Technical Consultancy or Project Management role is an advantage
∎ Ability to follow documented processes
∎ Strong team player, proactive with a lot of interest in taking on new challenges
∎ Must be able to work under pressure, respecting deadlines
∎ Good at work individually or as part of a team depending on the type and scope of the project
∎ Team oriented, and ability to work in a multicultural environment
∎ Good aptitude understanding people's problems
