∎ Provide first class level 1 support to our customers, promptly responding to their enquiries
∎ Ensure accurate customer advice on the features available and the set-up of our application
∎ Provide excellent customer service through phone and/or email
∎ Support the implementation by configuring GoMembership
∎ Work effectively with other team members to get the best outcome for our customers

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Excellent English is a must! Both spoken and written
∎ Must have 1-3 years experience with level 1 support
∎ Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Docs (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, etc)
∎ Excellent, enthusiastic communication skills, verbal and written
∎ Be able to work in a flexible time shift that will cover multiple time zones
∎ Methodical approach, excellent organisation and analytical skills
∎ Be proactive and able to work under pressure, independently for a long time
∎ Team oriented, and ability to work in a multicultural environment
∎ Good aptitude understanding people's problems
∎ Great discipline, manners and work ethics
∎ Must be able and willing to work from home as we operate a blended office and home working environment
