Education:
∎ BSc Engineering in Computer Science/ CSE from a reputed university. No third division in the academic record. Must graduate from a UGC-approved university.
∎ Microsoft, CISCO, or any vendor certification preferred

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide remote/physical support to identify and resolve computer/hardware/network-related issues for branches/departments/divisions to ensure smooth banking operations.
∎ Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software faults for PCs, including technical and application issues.
∎ Configure and provide full support for VPN users, including laptop configuration.
∎ Install, configure, and maintain network devices such as routers, switches, and IP telephony services for branches, sub-branches, kiosks, and ATM booths.
∎ Communicate systematically with stakeholders and service providers for timely issue resolution and follow-ups.
∎ Maintain and troubleshoot LAN and Wi-Fi services for branches, ATMs, and business locations.
∎ Provide 24/7 network connectivity health investigation and signal reporting using network and system monitoring software.
∎ Proactive Data Center monitoring for preventing power outages, overheating, or environmental hazards affecting data center operation.
∎ Document processes, take backups, keep event logs of active and passive infrastructure, and produce shift status reports.
