Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement supply chain strategies that optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
∎ Monitor inventory levels and ensure that all materials are procured in a timely manner.
∎ Analyze sales forecasts, customer demand, and market trends to inform purchasing decisions.
∎ Coordinate with vendors and logistics providers to ensure on-time delivery of materials.
∎ Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supply chain operations.
∎ Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings in the supply chain.
∎ Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to supply chain operations.
∎ Collaborate with other departments, including production, sales, and finance, to ensure smooth operations.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years

∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
∎ Knowledge of international trade and logistics.
∎ Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory management software.
∎ Fluent in English and Bangla.
