Job Responsibility:
Monitor the sewing line to ensure smooth production flow.
Ensure that daily production targets are achieved on time.
Supervise sewing machine operators and support staff effectively.
Maintain accurate records of daily production and machine performance.
Coordinate with the maintenance team for timely machine repairs.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
Ensure strict compliance with company policies and safety standards.
Must be capable of working in shifts as per production requirements.
Demonstrate strong leadership and effective communication skills.
Basic knowledge of computers or Excel is preferred but not mandatory
