Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Diploma in Engineering will be considered also.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To supervise and manage shift operators to ensure smooth production in accordance to company's Quality & Compliance System.
∎ Ensure material & other necessary items to avoid machine downtime.
∎ Should have troubleshooting of machine Issues & follow up maintenance regular basis.
∎ Work with production planner to maintain proper coordination with man, machine, and material ratio utilization to increase production.
∎ Prepare and report daily docket to HOD (Machine wise production data, overtime record, maintenance, and other downtime record etc.)
∎ Ensure the operator's SOP should be well maintained.
∎ Working closely with supporting team such as maintenance, quality, design-prepress, store & factory supply chain
∎ Regulate disciplinary issues of Operator such as absenteeism, tardiness issues etc.
∎ Prepare weekly and monthly production reports (eg. wastage percentage, raw material consumption, productivity, planned and unplanned downtimes etc.)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Skills: Microsoft Office, Bartender Software, Thermal Printing and RFID Encoding Machine.
∎ Having knowledge of TID, EPC, Locking will be added advantage.
