Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing the day-to-day activities of the team.
∎ Motivating the team to achieve organizational goals.
∎ Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve the call and sales targets.
∎ Delegating tasks to the team members.
∎ Preparing reports as per requirements
∎ Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills.
∎ Creating a pleasant working environment that inspires the team.
∎ Investigate all issues on the floor and assist to resolve the Issues with the help of the Department Head.
∎ Assist in accounts receivable functions, including prepayments, collections, and billing.
∎ Coordinate with all HOD to run the team for smooth operation
∎ Identify the training needs and submit the training plan with the assistance of HOD to the HR department
∎ Monitoring customer satisfaction levels in conversations with call agents and identifying areas where improvements can be made.
∎ Cooperating to ensure to achieve of the team's monthly target
∎ Solving the problems which the team member faces
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ One year of supervisory experience is must.
∎ Ability to supervise the team and establish work requirements.
∎ Ability to communicate well both verbally and written.
∎ Ability to make sound decisions.
∎ Ability to supervise and direct employees fairly and consistently.
∎ Ability to speak, read and write English fluently.
∎ Good at computer literacy.
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 30000 (Monthly)
