Agro based firms (incl. Agro ProcessingSeedGM), Agro based items Marketing, Direct Selling, FMCG Sales & Marketing, Sales Coordination, Sales Reporting
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise and monitor the Agro Sales and delivery team.
∎ Frequently visit and sales Agro base farm, agro shop and rural base agro farmer.
∎ Strongly maintain sales team, achieved daily sales targeted, achieved team performance.
∎ Ensure supply, update price and stock.
∎ Ensure on time delivery, Sales targeted achieve, Daily sales report.
∎ Collecting cash, reconcile and cash submission.
∎ Onboard new shops & generate sales.
∎ Train shops to use Mokam Apps.
∎ Prepare Daily sales, delivery, cash transection report.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 39 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 18000 - 20000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
