Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure only approved materials are used in production.
∎ Sampling and testing of physical, analytical parameters of PM & FG and keeping records.
∎ Monitoring plant cleanliness, environmental monitoring and critical hygiene procedure.
∎ Checking area line clearance and its effectiveness.
∎ Conducting daily In Process checks including 2% checks, adding status label.
∎ Collecting of reserve samples and their proper storage.
∎ Conducting inspection of transport vehicles for dispatch of FG and ensuring effectiveness.
∎ Participate in team to improve In Process control.
∎ Support on calibration activities as per frequency defined in calibration master list and issues.
∎ Effectiveness co-operation with Production & Warehouse department in order to solve quality issues.
∎ Take part in all related activities to implement Quality Management System in MFPL as guided by superiors.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Preferably relevant experience of 1 to 2 years in Food, Beverage or Food packaging industry.
∎ Knowledge in Good Manufacturing Practices.
∎ The Job holder is required to effectively communicate all issues among all stakeholders to create quality consciousness and use interpersonal skills for implementation of the same.
∎ Should Stay near Factory
Salary: Tk. 10000 - 12000 (Monthly)
