Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Diploma in Printing Technology will be preferable
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To supervise and manage shift operators to ensure smooth running of production processes in accordance to Company Quality Compliance System.
∎ Work with production planer to make sure optimized way to utilize man, machine, and material ratio in order to increase production output resulting high OEE
∎ Prepare and report daily docket to HOD (Machine wise production data, overtime record, maintenance, and other downtime record etc.)
∎ To ensure Health and Safety rules and regulations are always adhered including good housekeeping and 5S compliances.
∎ Ensure the standard speed of the machine and follow up the production progresses.
∎ Follow up the operator SOP is well maintained
∎ To guide and train production operators on problem solving skill to identify root cause and take effective action to resolve the problem.
∎ Working closely with supporting team such as maintenance, quality, design-prepress, store & factory supply chain
∎ Develop new product according to the PD team.
∎ Ensure right material for production according to the job sheet
∎ Work closely with other shift supervisors or group leaders to ensure production pass down are effectively communicated.
∎ Communicate company or production updates to team members in MDI meeting or briefing to ensure everyone understood and practice accordingly.
∎ To manage and monitor operator performance and disciplinary issues such as absenteeism, tardiness issues etc.
∎ Meet up any other task given by department head
∎ Work well with a large team in a rapidly changing environment

∎ In depth knowledge about production procedures
∎ Adequate communication knowledge within team and across
∎ Analytical skills& ability to take ownership
∎ Understanding of 5S and Lean tools
∎ Team building capability
∎ Physical stamina and strength
∎ Basic TQM knowledge
∎ Capability of problem solving and quick decision making
∎ Multitask
∎ Core belief in continuous improvement (Kaizen) & TPM
