Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise the sewing line and ensure quality production.
∎ Production planning and follow up to reduce downtime.
∎ Identify causes and actionable steps to improve production capacity.
∎ Arrange required training for associate to understand and achieve departmental goals.
∎ Must ensure good quality production in sewing stages of production.
∎ Monitor the production procedure in sewing section and ensure correct method so that the production output is come us as per the target.
∎ Daily target fills up 97.5%
∎ Line Migration & Absenteeism target 2.0%
∎ Help analyze and assess product risks during the development, start-up/pilot runs and production.
∎ Any other related task assigned by the higher authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 38 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should have experiance in Under Garments.
∎ Self-motivated, hardworking, dynamic and energetic.
∎ Able to work under pressure to meet the deadline
∎ Good communicative skills in both English & Bengali.
