∎ ICCO Cooperation is a leading INGO working for securing sustainable livelihoods, justice & dignity for all in Bangladesh since 1972. After Rohingya influx in August 2017, ICCO started implementing number of projects for responding Rohingya emergency in the camps setting, as well development for the local communities in Cox`s Bazar district. Currently, there is a project called `Self-reliance` with a component of `skills development for the person with disabilities`. This component will be implemented with thedisabled Rohingya people living in different camps in Ukhiya Upazila. To provide technical support and supervision of implementation the component, we are looking for a skilled and ambitious professional for the position of Supervisor to join in our Ukhiya team.
∎ Working Conditions:
∎ Working days from Sunday to Thursday with 40 hours per week. This position may be required to work some extra hours to meet deadline as and when required.
∎ Have to follow ICCO HR, Admin and Finance related policy.
∎ Duration of contract till December 2021 with possibilities of extension depending on fund availability and performance.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall Responsibilities:
∎ The role of the Supervisor will be to build capacity of the field staff members, facilitate process of beneficiary selection, training need assessment for the disabled & elderly person on technical skills suitable for IGAs/ enterprise in the camp context, assist technical partners in revising training modules, assist in organizing and facilitation of the training sessions, liaison and coordination with local authorities and stakeholders and overall supervision of the activities towards to project goal
∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ Assist PM to organize consultationmeeting with the stakeholders, spots selection and setting up training centers in the camps for beneficiary (person with disabilities) skill development training
∎ Initiatives forcapacity building of the field staff members on disabilities inclusion and IGA-skillsdevelopment programs for the beneficiaries
∎ Facilitate process for selection of the beneficiaries, training need assessment for the disabled & elderly person on technical skills suitable for IGAs/ enterprise in the camp context
∎ Assist technical partners in revising/ modifying training modules aligning with the abilities of the targeted beneficiaries
∎ Facilitate organizing and facilitation training sessions for the targeted beneficiaries
∎ Plan and assist team in transferring IGA-asset to the beneficiary in the field
∎ Assist team in selection and distributing assistive devises to the disabled person appropriately
∎ Liaison and coordination with the CiC/ACiC and development partners working in respective camps.
∎ Supervise and provide technical support to the Community Mobilizer and Volunteers in the field activities
∎ Assist PM/ Officers in collection different data and preparing project reports.
∎ Attend meetings/ events organized externally and represent the project and ICCO properly
∎ Prepare and submit plan, report weekly/ monthly as required
∎ Other duties and responsibilities in the project assigned by the supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3 years' experience in skill development works/ garments sector or handicraft sector.
∎ Having experience in working in projects for developing person with disabilities
∎ Work experience in emergency response project/ Rohingya camps will be given preference.
∎ Ability to understand and speak the local Chittagong language is preferred
∎ Willing to work in Rohingya camps in Ukhiya/Teknaf.
∎ Able to communicate in English language.
∎ Willingness to drive motorcycle with valid license, will be added value for the position.

∎ Competitive salary package depending on education and experience.
