Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 32 years
∎ Excellent communication skill in English, Bangla, Hindi is mandatory.
∎ Should be dynamic, well organized, self-driven and have good personality to cooperate a merchandising team.
∎ Should be able to work under pressure.
∎ Must have sound knowledge on Knit product.
∎ Should have excellent knowledge on computer MS office packages.
∎ Excellent communication skill in English, Bangla, Hindi is mandatory.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Should have good knowledge of Seamless/Exhaust garment dyeing (Especially for the synthetic substrates (either in the form of yarn and fabrics) like Nylon, polyester).
∎ Good knowledge of Shade matching, Spectrophotometer, Hand-feel, Recipe making, Shift handling, Dyeing Plan Execution and Lab testing, Quality.
∎ Communicate with inter department smart & dynamic way.
∎ Handle all dyeing issues with departmental senior.
∎ Follow-up dyeing parameters and ensure that production meets customer quality.
∎ Follow-up time and action plan properly and update production report daily basis.
∎ Maintain all relevant dyeing files & data, reports etc.
∎ Any other relevant task assigned by Management.
