Responsibilities & Context:
1. Store Operations Management
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the super shop to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety within the shop premises.
Monitor store opening and closing procedures.
2. Inventory & Stock Control
Supervise receiving, storage, and display of products.
Ensure proper stock levels are maintained to avoid shortages or overstocking.
Conduct regular stock audits and coordinate with suppliers for replenishment.
Maintain accurate inventory records in the system.
3. Sales & Customer Service
Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
4. Staff Supervision & Training
Supervise, train, and motivate sales and support staff.
Prepare staff schedules, manage attendance, and ensure productivity.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
5. Financial & Cash Management
Oversee daily cash handling, billing, and accounting operations.
Ensure accuracy in cash register transactions and daily sales reports.
Deposit cash and reconcile accounts as per company policies.
6. Merchandising & Display
Plan and implement attractive product displays to boost sales.
Ensure products are labeled, priced, and organized properly.
Coordinate promotions, discounts, and seasonal offers.
7. Vendor & Supply Chain Coordination
Communicate with suppliers for orders, deliveries, and returns.
Negotiate with vendors to secure the best prices and terms.
Ensure timely procurement and quality of goods.
8. Reporting & Documentation
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance.
Maintain records related to stock, sales, and expenses.
Report operational issues and suggestions to senior management.
9. Compliance & Safety
Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and safety standards.
Monitor security systems and prevent shoplifting or losses.
