Candidates must be willing to work in remote locations, particularly in rural areas.

Ability to plan and organize maintenance schedule.
Responsibilities & Context:
Oversee the installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of sub-station and farm equipment.
Execute electrical wiring and construct control panels for TP motors and SP motors.
Implement preventive maintenance measures to minimize machinery downtime.
Enhance equipment longevity by optimizing overall machine efficiency.
Process diverse requisitions, verify and consolidate equipment and spare parts for procurement.
Provide comprehensive training to all farm technicians for improved performance.
