Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Physics, Chemistry, Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical Engineering
∎ Training/Trade Course: Nondestructive Testing (NDT)
∎ Skills Required: Inspection of Reactor
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Aerocooler, boiler, Compressor, COOLING TOWER, Exchanger, Heater, Pump
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Fuel/Petroleum
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform various NDT & handle this equipment properly (Hydro Test, PT, RT, DPT, UT, MPT, Borescope, XRF, Flue gas data, Thermography, Bench Test Machine, corrosion coupon) as per field requirements & produce report as per standards.
∎ Ensure painting quality on field basis as per painting standards (NACE, ISO)
∎ Regular check of Heater, Boiler, Pump, Exchanger, Aero-cooler, Compressor, Cooling Tower, etc.
∎ Conducting regular & predictive type inspections of equipment, such as pipelines, storage tanks, and pressure vessels, pump, compressor, motor, boiler etc. to identify any potential issues or areas for improvement as per code standards (API,NACE, ISO)
∎ Developing and implementing inspection plans, schedules, and procedures to ensure timely and thorough coverage of all equipment.
∎ Analyzing and interpreting inspection data, and recommending repairs or modifications to improve equipment performance and extend its service life.
∎ Participating in risk assessments and incident investigations to identify the root cause of equipment failures and implementing corrective actions.
∎ Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices in inspection and maintenance, and ensuring compliance with these standards.
∎ Collaborating with other departments and contractors to coordinate inspection and maintenance activities, and ensuring that all work is performed safely and efficiently.
∎ Maintaining accurate records of all inspection and maintenance activities and providing reports and recommendations to management.
∎ Conducting training sessions for other team members on inspection techniques, procedures, and safety requirements.
∎ Providing technical support to maintenance and operations teams in the resolution of equipment issues and troubleshooting problems.
∎ Participating in shutdown planning and execution, ensuring that all inspections and maintenance activities are completed on schedule.
∎ Ensuring that all inspection and maintenance equipment is calibrated and properly maintained.
∎ Participating in safety audits and assessments and working with the safety team to implement recommendations and improve safety processes.
∎ Staying current on relevant industry regulations and standards and ensuring that the refinery is in compliance with all applicable regulations
