∎ Diploma in Electrical
∎ Diploma in Electrical Engineering from reputed institutions.
∎ Diploma in Electrical Engineering from reputed institutions.
Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Implement the preventive maintenance based on PM schedule of Injection & Blow molding machine.
∎ Coordinate with production & QC team to complete the machine’s adjustment related task.
∎ Maintain the machine check list as per standard.
∎ Checking the fire protection equipment’s to ensure it is effective when needed.
∎ Attend the workshop related works inside and outside of the factory.
∎ Maintain the corrective maintenance of all machine of factory.
∎ Attend and resolve the breakdown and reduce the breakdown time.
∎ Should have knowledge about PLC, HMI, automation, hydraulics operation of Blow molding & Injection molding machine.
∎ Able to do the maintenance work on Injection molding, blow molding, crasher, chiller, air compressor, Generator, Cooling tower etc machine.
∎ Should have clear knowledge about plastic Injection & Blow molding machine operation.
∎ Should have knowledge about substation equipment’s – PFI, Transformer, LT, Switchgear and others equipment’s.
∎ Report to concern manager for completing the maintenance related works on time.
∎ Any other task assigns by management.
