• Masters or equivalent degree in relevant discipline.

• Candidates with 3rd division/class or CGPA less than 2.75 in any examination need not apply.

• Computer literacy and proficiency in English, both oral and written are essential for the position.

• Minimum 02 years of experience in relevant fields.

• Have the ability to meet tight deadlines.

• Monitoring and supervising all kind of civil work, Plumbing & sanitary work, Paint work, Steel Fabrication work, Facing Bricks & tiles work of SEU.

• Prepare of University Internal Drawing and Design with 3D Design.

• Preparing all the estimate of civil work, Plumbing & sanitary work, Paint work of the permanent campus and others campus.

• Checking and forwarding the bill of the contractors according to the work order after physical measurement.

• Monitoring bills like Gas & WASA according to the meter reading.

• Maintaining close liaison with Architect Engineer for design of civil work.

• Keeping liaison with WASA & Titas gas for smooth operation.

• Maintaining furniture store and distributing the said items to the user.

• Monitoring and supervising all the sanitary & plumbing new /repairing works of all the campuses including hostel.

• Giving demand of all the materials through note sheet to the authority in time.

• Collecting quotation from the supplier for new interior works and Maintenance work.

• To assist procurement team for internal material procurement and maintenance work.

• Accompany with the purchase committee to the market for materials purchase purpose.

• Keeping liaison with the contractors for the works and contractor selection purpose.

• Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by University Management from time to time.
