Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have experience and strong knowledge in the field of in garments Factory (Denim/Woven Jackets). Examine architectural and structural design documentation, blueprints, and specifications in order to gain insight into the project's needs and limitations.
∎ Generate highly detailed and accurate drawings, including plans, sections, elevations, and details for RCC structures, using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
∎ Conduct structural computations and assessments to ascertain the necessary reinforcement and measurements for concrete components like beams, columns, slabs, and foundations.
∎ Calculate and quantify the materials required for the project, including concrete, steel reinforcement, and formwork.
∎ Ensure that all drawings and plans adhere to local building codes, regulations, and industry standards for safety and structural integrity.
∎ Review and check drawings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements and revise as needed to rectify any mistakes.
∎ Keep thorough documentation of all drawings, modifications, and project-related records to guarantee efficient organization and easy accessibility of all documents.
∎ Manage project site to monitor construction progress according to design as well as Management decisions.
∎ Prepare effective program planning, implementation & monitoring of project activities.
∎ Regular monitoring of project activities & take corrective measures accordingly.
∎ Analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Estimate materials as per the requisition in accordance with project budget as well as guidelines and policies.
∎ Review of safety, serviceability, durability and construct-ability with honest & dedication the service.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge on MS Excel, Power Point & Auto-CAD.
∎ Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software, such as AutoCAD, Tekla Structures.
∎ Strong understanding of RCC design principles, including structural analysis and load calculations.
∎ Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and industry standards related to RCC structures
